Dont Blame Liberals If Your Town Has Died

 

This morning I watched the above video as I had my coffee

Here is a rural old town, Piedmont, in West Virginia where people still live, but half the buildings are abandoned and rotting.

Ill bet these people all voted TRUMP and think that Liberals did nothing for them.,

 The only grocery stores they have is a Dollar General and 2 gas stations.

Taxes are $500 a year. 

 This town was dead 20 years ago. Whatever brought people there in the beginning has long gone. Theres no Middle or High School.

Its dead not because of Biden or Liberals but because of the fact that theres nothing there to bring people there, and the taxes are too low to pay for revitalization. They cant even afford to demolish all the decrepit buildings.

With 1/2 the houses abandoned and rotting, no one wants to live there and theres no jobs.

And if you are a bigot or sexist, you wont attract people in. 

No Starbucks, nothing.

When one of the kids raised here shows promise and talent or brains, they leave and go to the bigger cities and never return.

Its DEAD, leave and move to a better place, but stop blaming Liberals.

Why arent the big corporations stepping in to revitalize these towns?

Why do they focus on the big cities?

Its cause theres money in the big cities...

There is creativity in the big cities.
