Uncle Sam Funko, remove head, pry hat off face. Cut face off brim. softened up the hat til very soft in boiling water and stretched out and trimmed till it can fit on the head of Funko Disney Series 4 Wicked Evil Queen (remove the crown - Save for the Phillip Sallon figurine)
